1. Notes on Investment Asset Allocation
   • Value Weighted Index listing and information from Joel Greenblatt, particularly his 2011 book The Big Secret for the Small Investor: A New Route to Long-Term Investment Success ( _link ).
     • The Big Secret is a concise review of market cap weighted index funds methodology and explanation of value (or fundamental) weighing methodology. The central idea is that the market cap index buys too many overpriced stocks and not enough value stocks. This hurts performance in the long run. An important point to understand is that value investing is a long term perspective and requires more than a single day/month/quarter/year timeline. Appropriate far an individual investor that understands the long term roller coaster market cycle of fear & greed.

4. NPR hosts concert audio in archived recordings. Very nice! http://www.npr.org/sections/concerts/
5. Kindle notetaking via a WordPress theme. Similarly, a wiki (such as PMWiki, this wiki) could be used for notes stored online. Because a wiki has no hierarchy, the user could define their own structure. Search capabilities are great (what about advanced search?? Possibly Google site search?) so finding materials is not a problem. Archiving is another issue. Tags/categories are also available for non-hierarchical organization.
