   • Blog platform Blogging with PmWiki: BlogIt
   • Skins for PmWiki by DavidG - it is encouraging to see some active development! David has a creative photo site running on PmWiki using cookbook script, PhotoGallery he adapted to use in conjunction with Galleria and PmGallery.
   • PmWiki Cookbook Skins page has been updated with tags and references (??) to number of users, based on comments.

   • JavaScript problems - blog posting by John Graham Cumming about JavaScript security: the elephant running in your browser. Noted in Security Now podcast from 11/5/2009.
3. Teaching - Stephen Brookfield - The Getting of Wisdom: What Critically Reflective Teaching is and Why It's Important, an excerpt from Becoming a Critically Reflective Teacher.

7. MS Money Replacement, some possible replacement candidates
   • Quicken - an easy replacement (think about low cost with purchase of TurboTax at year end)
   • Quicken Online - may be history, replaced by the Intuit purchase of Mint.com in Fall 2009
   • Mint - online, free (built on top of Yodlee techology engine)
   • Yodlee - has a conversion utility for MSN Money data along with Yodlee 10 PersonalFinance available in early 2010
   • Wesabe - online, social budget comparisons
   • GnuCash - open source
   • YNAB - You Need a Budget

8. Starring the Computer is a classic flashback website featuring various computers from tv, movies, news, etc. Well organized, including a computer index.
